The Limited Menu
(For groups of 25 or less guests if not choosing the Buffet Menu)
The Limited Menu consists of up to six choices from our regular restaurant menu that we can help you choose or you can pick yourself. Think of it as a miniature restaurant menu! If you would like to have Appetizers, you can pre-order them from the regular menu as well. If you are looking for a full menu, please ask and we can work out times that would help serve your guests properly.
The Buffet Menu
(For groups of any size)
Our Buffet menu consists of Hors D’oeuvres, Party Trays, Pizzas, Entrees and sides served buffet-style and perfect for groups who prefer a casual experience. Our Buffets are fully customizable to meet your event’s needs. We will work with you to ensure the right amount of food for your party. Ask us to see our Event Menu for all our Buffet offerings.

Beverage Options
When choosing what beverage options to include on the tab, we can work with your preferences. Here are some of our recommendations from previous events:
- Drink tickets – you can select how many tickets each guest will receive and what they can be redeemed for.
- Limited Menu – You can limit the beverage options to certain items, for example, only tap beer, house wine, and rail mixers would be included.
- N/A Included – You could opt to include only non-alcoholic beverages on the check and guests would pay for their own alcoholic beverages.
- Bar Tab – If you have a set dollar amount that you have budgeted for bar/beverages, we can keep track of them on a separate tab and let you know when that dollar amount has been reached. We will notify you when the tab gets close to the limit, and you can decide whether or not to keep it open or close the bar tab. If the tab is closed, the event would accommodate a Cash Bar.
- Open Bar – You can opt for an Open bar where everything is included. This option provides wristbands to you and your guests for ease of service.
- Cash bar – Guests would pay for their own alcohol and non-alcohol beverages.
FAQ’s
At Fox River Brewing Company, we like to make your event planning as fun, easy, and successful as possible. We are happy to answer any questions you have! Some of the most frequently asked questions are:
Q:“Is there a deposit to reserve a space or room?”
A: We are happy to say that there is usually no deposit required to reserve a space in the River Room or the Tap Room. There may be special circumstances where a deposit may be required, of which we will notify you.
Q: “Can I make this space private for just my group?”
A: Absolutely! To guarantee exclusivity in a particular space, there is a Food and Beverage minimum (F&B) dollar amount. The F&B minimum varies depending on the date, time, and area of the restaurant. The F&B minimum does not include tax or gratuity. If you would like to know what the F&B minimum would be for a particular date, please call us at (920)-232-2337 or email events@foxriverbrewing.com and a manager will be happy to assist you.
Q: “Is gratuity automatically added to the bill?”
A: A 20% gratuity is automatically added to the bill. This does not count towards your food and beverage minimum. Additional charges would be %5 sales tax, as well as a %3 credit card surcharge if using a credit card; cash or debit card do not have to 3% charge.
Q: “Can I add linens to the tables?”
A: Yes. We can add black linens to any table. The cost is $5.00 per linen. Buffets come standard with linens at no extra cost.

- We finalize all events including food orders and limited menus two weeks prior to the event date. Orders placed inside of the two-week date may be subject to limited product availability.
- All pricing is good for up to 30 days prior to the event.
